This balm features a whole plant blend of Bilberry, Fennel, Licorice, and Nettle. An indulgent, exotic, floral blend of organic, soothing essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot, Sandalwood, Myrrh, and Helichrysum are included to brighten the look of under eyes.
